LIKE, WHAT DO YOU SING TO YOUR CHILDREN?
Video, 06:47 min.
At the end of a four-day workshop in the island of Fårö, me and three other participants seek shelter in the rental car when a heavy rain storm pulls in above us. We're supposed to be shooting some video, but the four of us in the car have given up.
We start engaging in a collective process, recording ourselves using the unused cameras and mics in the car.
The film moves between layers of outside and inside, of nature, the car, the collective and the self, investigating what's inbetween these spaces and what ties them to each other. A situation being constructed and documented at the same time. Conversation moving between self conciousness and unawareness. Four people who don't know each other very well, making efforts to relate to one another. Collective recording: Annika Bergström, Lukas Eisenhauer, Daniel Peltz, Simon Carlgren Produced in Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts.
